WHO WE ARE
We are Patrizio and Michele, two young locals living in Trentino who created Saporita Inc., the origin of which stems from the strong ties of our region with Canada, particularly Toronto.
In the 1950s, our grandparents and their families emigrated to North America in search of a better economic situation. In the 1980s, our parents returned to their origins in Italy, specifically to Val di Non, a small valley in Trentino Alto Adige. Here they made a living from small-batch, low intervention farming and gardening.
We decided to make our wonderful products available to our relatives and to all those Italian people still living in North America, hoping that every person living there will want to try the best products that our territory can offer.
